Work Philosophies

I have a few simple philosophies and quotes that reflect my approach:

Simplify as far as possible, but no further.

For every complex, hard to understand problem, there is always at least one simple, easy to understand, wrong answer.

Organisational disfunction is the norm, not the exception. These problems are difficult, if they were easy they would already have been solved.

Objectivity is often relative. What are your assumptions? Whose agendas or egos are in the way of truth?

Curiosity is the mother of invention. If you are genuinely curious about people, society, organisations or companies, you will see ways to "invent" solutions that work and last.

It is easy to talk about innovation (and everybody does!)
